Two ways to raise human performance across your entire organisation.
The evidence-based system behind our university partnerships, engineered for enterprise: service-standard training designed to live inside the working day, and structured deliberation that aligns an organisation. Designed to measure what changes, not just what happened.
Your service standard, trained where the work happens.
A rubric-based system for defining, training, and assessing service excellence, developed with a luxury hospitality group and built for any frontline organisation.
- Answer a real scenario. Staff respond to the touchpoints that define your guest experience by voice, text, or video: a VIP arrival, a check-in, breakfast service.
- Scored against your gold standard. A structured intake captures how your leadership defines excellent service; AI scores every answer against that definition on a universal five-criteria rubric.
- Feedback that closes the gap. Strengths, gaps, and a model answer: in the moment, in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
Designed to fit the rhythm of a working shift.
Micro-sessions are designed to run inside gatherings your teams already hold (the pre-shift briefing, the shift handover, the F&B line-up), so training doesn't have to compete with service.

See the whole operation at a glance.
Trainers see completion by department. Supervisors see each team member's attainment per touchpoint, traffic-lit against the gold standard, with coaching suggested exactly where it's needed.
These are designed outcomes, not published results. Every engagement defines its own success thresholds before it begins.
Considered alignment, at the scale of the whole organisation.
MeeOpp's corporate adaptation of Stanford's Deliberative Polling®, developed with Stanford's Center for Deliberative Democracy: structured, system-run small-group deliberation wrapped in pre- and post-surveys, currently being prepared with leading corporates. The topic can be any question a leadership team needs the organisation to align on: a strategy, a restructuring, a policy, a direction.
- Full participation, not a sample. Canonical Deliberative Polling samples a population to surface considered public opinion. MeeOpp's adaptation deliberately diverges: the entire cohort deliberates, so alignment reaches everyone it concerns.
- System-run sessions. Small groups run themselves in the browser: timed agendas, briefing materials in view, pre-recorded prompts, and a moderated speaking queue. No human facilitator.
- Qualitative, evidence-based measurement. MeeOpp's proprietary evidence-based system captures how opinions shift and documents, pre- and post-session, where constituents are — and how perspectives and outcomes have shifted after a deliberation session.
Deliberative Polling® is a registered trademark of Stanford University's Center for Deliberative Democracy. MeeOpp's full-participation corporate adaptation is distinct from canonical, random-sample Deliberative Polling.
